The Bundle Calculator #
Use this calculator when someone makes a bundle offer on a group of items so that you can assess the effective price of each individual item inside the bundle. Start by entering the bundle price the customer is offering on the left, then the list prices of the items in the bundle. Let’s look at an example:

What this example shows is a prospective customer making an offer of $50 for 3 items that are individually priced at $25, $55 and $36. The total asking price for these individual items is $116.
What the calculator tells us is that the customer is asking for a $66 discount ($116-$50) and that when priced at $50, the effective price paid for the 3 items is $10.78, $23.71 and $15.52. Using the first item as an example, this means that for the purpose of calculating taxes, shipping, fees, and net profit, the sale price of the first item is effectively $10.78 (rather than $25) because of the bundle discount.
The Pricing Calculator #
Not sure how to price something? If you know all of your costs, the (optional) commission rate and your target profit margin, enter them in the calculator to get the minimum price at which you need to sell your product. Here’s another example:

What this is saying is that an item was purchased for $10. You don’t have to pay shipping costs, but platforms fees are 20%. When I sell this item, I want my profit margin to be at least 50% to make it worth my time. Given that input, I need to sell the item for at least $25 to achieve my target margin.
The Discount Impact Calculator #
Use this calculator to determine how much discount an item will affect your profit and profit margin. Here’s an example:

In this case, an item was originally listed for $55 that cost $15 to acquire. The prospective customer is asking for a 20% discount, so the calculator results on the right shows that at the $55 selling price there would have been a target profit (excluding other costs) of $40, so a 72.73% profit margin, but after the requested discount, the profit would be $29 and have a margin of 52.73%. This information can help you better make decisions about whether or not to accommodate discount requests.
The calculator is a simplified tool to help with quick decision-making; for an actual transaction, it’s a good idea to consider other costs and how they make affect your profit.
