The Google Sheets template is available from any browser and device you use. The only thing needed is a Google account. Please note that while the template can be used on tablets and phones, it is optimized for desktop use.

All data in your spreadsheets is stored by Google. Backups are automatic, and in the event of an issue, you can see version history and roll back changes. Ultimate Thrifting can never access or change your data.

As the owner of the document after you clone the template, you can make any changes you want to the file. Please note though that some types of changes, such as deleting columns or rows, could break formulas and functionality in the file.

Most of the formula dependencies expect the current year to match the year set for the file. The 2025 template is also included in your purchase, but separate files are required for every year.
